Could this and Hemispheres be considered two halves of one album, connected by Cygnus?

Well the two songs together make up the Cygnus suite, which tells one coherent story. This also sounds much more like Hemispheres than it does to 2112, and Hemispheres sounds closer to this than it does to Permanent Waves, so together they definitely fit nicely into a "sub-era" of Rush.

I love pretty much every song on here equally actually, although the t/t probably beats the rest by a little bit. Sometimes I find the longer tracks, especially Cygnus, take a bit too long to get going.
