And to expand on that, I really don't think a track like No More Running is awesome as a stand alone track, but this album wouldn't be nearly as good without it. To go from the frantic "Lion in a Coma" to "No More Running" to "Brothersport" is a pretty remarkable transition

I haven't listened to Spirit in ages. Feels to me is just one of the brightest, colorful, energetic albums I know of and I can really listen to it as whole and appreciate the changing moods and textures.
