I've only heard Hvis Lyset Tar Oss from Burzum but a song or two in there has similar riffs and drums to 1st wave. I think all the Darkthrone I've heard has some 1st wave influence, especially Panzerfaust.
I mentioned those bands because Nazzadan said iconic 2nd wave bands.

No, I said second wave is more about cold and isolation moreso than a primal raw sound. Iconic second wave bands were solidly into the whole winter theme by the very early 90s, Darkthrone, Immortal, Emperor to a small extent, Ulver has a very forest-y vibe to it. All the good second wave bands should sound at least a bit like firstwave, they took their sound and tweaked it
