Gonna have to peep those dates and see if I'm lucky. They are playing Alcatraz in a few weeks. How sick would that be?

Gonna have to wait on it since they only get up to New York for this run. I saw them last fall so I'm not dying for another show, but it would be cool to see the new material.

I absolutely love this band. Their four black metal albums are all incredible if I'm in the mood for atmospheric BM.

Its hard for me to even rank their albums. I think Two Hunters has to be #1 (ever so slightly). The rest rotate in an out depending on the week, I like them all equally. I will say I particularly dig the sound and aesthetic of Black Cascade, though. Pretty unique guitar sound imo.

As for the upcoming album named Thrice Woven.... could it be in reference to the WEAVER brothers adding a third member? Lol

Wait Zar you're from Pittsburgh??? Wtf bro. Or is King from Pittsburgh? I need answers lol.

But this is my third fav WITTR tbh, Diadem and Black Cascade are both borderline 5's for me.

I'm like 2.5 hours north of the 'burgh, and like it and Buffalo are the closest places to go to shows around here ;__;

yeah I try to bring those up on principal whenever this thread gets bumped. To Reveal is fantastic but I get why it was cut given how stylistically different it was. That whole track's like the inspiration for Black Cascade.

You're absolutely right. As I listen to this again it does sound like something from Black Cascade. If the production was like that of BC it would fit right in
