As a band, Iron Maiden tops Priest, especially considering Maiden's consistency levels. If any Maiden album beats Sad Wings, that's tough to say, but I don't know, maybe Powerslave and Seventh Son are a tiny bit better. Anyway, both classic Maiden and classic Priest are amazing.
