fr, that format really had a grip on culture for a brief period of time

still has a grip on me 😩 i just got streetcleaner, choirs of the eye, and spirit of eden last week

that's awesome, i can't wait for CDs to become retro. i guess they sort of already are but, yeah, i think they'll get more in vogue again as time passes.

miss when DJs still played CDs, up until recently DJ Minx still brought her CD booklet with her to gigs and used it

This is rather bloody good and all but it really ain’t as seamless as Panopticon. I do be liking some of the slight tangents (fem vox anyone?) but it does lose something in the fog of ambition.

i felt that way for a long time. it's actually more seamless than panop, just not as accessible, which creates that illusion
