There are points where this album feels real half-assed. Bladecatcher for example. Dont get me wrong I love it but it gets weak at times.
Crack the Skye is so much more fully realized for me, silly as it may be at times.

I can agree about Crack the skye being more fully realized. I just love the chaotic drumming and heaviness on here. Bladecatcher has grown off me a bit over the years, still a fun track tho.
