I always think the patient is an awful forgettable track and it blows me away every time I actually hear it. Probably just because it is between The Grudge and Schism which are god-tier songs as opposed to a 4.2/5 song.

Yeh man, that part is cool. Aswell as the 5/8 part around 30 seconds after when Danny switches from hi-hat to ride. Prob one of the best drum moments on the album

i love the part in the title track right when maynard finishes singing "we'll ride the spiral to the end, we may just go where no one's been" and danny adds some cool drum fills. the intensity in the way he hits at that part gives me goosebumps every time
