Snake, which in your opinion are the least strong tracks on here?

I used to think this would be an easy 5, but maybe I need to listen to it more.

Hate to Feel is the only other weaker track I'd add to that bunch. If I was able to rate like Staff, I'd give this probably a 4.8-4.9, but I give it the benefit of the doubt on those couple songs

There are a couple of tracks that pull down this album pretty hard. Sick man is one.

Yeah, this rules, but imo JoF is a bit better.

I've heard everything off JoF, but I've just never listened to it as a collective. If I ever did, song for song, I probably prefer Jar of Flies too.

It's the only EP I've ever 5'd.

I don't know about this album. I absolutely love some of the tracks, but there is some really bad stuff on here too. Sickman, God Smack, and Angry Chair are all throwaways, and the title track isn't much better. Iron Gland should not have been included on the album.

Facelift is pretty much the same. Bleed the Freak, Man in the Box, and We Die Young are really great tracks (Bleed the Freak is by far AiC's best song), but there's a lot of filler.

That's a unique opinion to have, since AiC's songwriting is highly regarded.

I know. And like I said, I think some of their songs are really great. I definitely acknowledge and appreciate the influence their music had on the genre, but it's just not classic material for me.

I'm pretty much with you on Sickman and God Smack, but holy shit, I love Angry Chair.

KK, have you heard any Pearl Jam?

I've listened to all of Pearl Jam's albums a few times each. You're gonna hate me for it, but I'm not a huge fan of them either. I think Vs. is a classic, Ten is pretty great, and Vitalogy has some good moments. The rest of their discography is not very good. I really like the Avocado album though, that one surprised me.

I love Wishlist off of Yield though.

Yea, I guess you're not a grunge fan.

Vs is probably the best grunge album in my eyes, and I'd give it a 4.5. Superunknown is also a 4.5, but it's not as good.
