Agreed on "Walk", it's mighty cheesy but everything else on that album rules so hard. It's just the ultimate gym/boxing music.

@Scoob - I feel that, but now I'm on different medication. I remember back in 08 when I was first prescribed Xanax I didn't fully know the full extent of why you shouldn't drink on that stuff. I did it once, completely blacked out and forgot entire conversations where I apparently poured my heart out to some girl who thought we were super connected from then on and I didn't even remember her name.
