well their lyrics have always been one step ahead of their music but i think that's changing with this album. vocals and guitars are better

sorry but lyrics can't really save an album for me, they're more of just an added touch that can make an album even better if it's already good. like i can appreciate the fact that TDAGARIM has great lyrics but that doesn't change the fact that the actual instrumental is boring as hell
oh well, i can appreciate the musicianship in this at least
i tend to enjoy grittier pop punk like joyce manor or jawbreaker btw
