I have to be in a VERY specific mood for Motorcycle Drive By to work, but when I am, in that moment it's the greatest song in the history of the world

It always hits home for me. For having crashed on my ex's couch numerous times in NYC and knowing from the beginning I was probably dating out of my league it drives a stake through me every time.

yeah I haven't had any experiences like that. Things have been going like really really good w/this girl lately so if it goes downhill this'll probably be the first song I listen to haha
God of Wine resonates with me EVERY time though

That's the great thing about this record, so many of their songs are relatable on many levels and to almost anyone. This album is a cornerstone record for anyone going through a breakup, growing up, experiencing pain and self discovery.

Haven't had the couch experience myself but I can say the song hits home for when you remember it just won't work with a woman and the feeling of just crushing back down to earth. The Background is also heartwrenching!

Motorcycle Drive By still the best alt/rock song ever. can't help but feel like we should be commenting on the BigHans review though...

It's one of the most relatable records I've ever heard, touching on topics (love, loss, depression) most other genres butcher with a different/subtle angle that's both introspective and open for interpretation by the listener.
