lol i mean, i watch live videos and he does plenty of mic passes, but what the fuck are people yelling into the mic?

Well, it depends. You Fail Me, No Heroes, and Axe to Fall, all have lyrics that can be distinguished from one another if you ave the lyric book in front of you. It can be tricky, but what's in the booklet actually matches up extremely well. This made up a large majority of what they played last time I saw them, so during the mic pass, you would probably yell the words.

The Jane Doe/WFCC/PTES/PD stuff is much harder, but luckily the mic if most likely to get passed at times where the lyrics are distinguishable, for example, the "I'll take my love to the grave" chant at the end of The Broken Vow or "This time it's war" during Conduit, or the chant at the end of The Saddest Day.

But if you get the mic passed to you and you have no idea, yelling unintelligibly is fine. As long as it's not one of the aforementioned chants that every huge Converge fan knows, nobody cares. And if you're not a huge Converge fan -- get the fuck out of the front row. Lol.
