2 or 2.5. Coming from the same cat that dropped TPAB. Let’s be realistic.

He’s a hit maker incapable of curating a perfect ensemble of songs. Sad!

Help he dropped two classic. Damn was ok. This sucks. Buncha pussies like wildcard defend this album. Blame it!

No one itt has defended or so much as made a neutral comment about Drake. Do better.

i like this album but i definitely understand anyone's distaste for it. there's some really grating moments across this thing in a variety of different ways. i havent had the urge to listen to this in about 6 months but i do still appreciate some things from it. particularly dodger blue which managed to escape getting obnoxiously overplayed like luther, hey now, squabble up, and tv off. i like those songs but man i hate hearing anything from this or not like us unconsensually besides DB

ngl if I marry my girlfriend luther is going on the playlist, probably gonna be pretty cliche but I don’t care. Beautiful song

No love for Gloria? That's my preferred of the two SZA collab tracks

Luther's the best song here by a country mile. It just executes the romantic, melodic pop duet with such efficiency and accuracy. Really beautiful vocal interplay and production, despite it not being particularly deep from a content perspective. Hey Now is cool, but the part where Kendrick starts singing "I'm way too important" really fucks up its flow. Plus the singing is just bad there. Has some real stand outs on the whole but I'm a firm believer that a lot of this album's hype was just leftovers from the beef. Can't hold a candle to his best work.
