Yeah, there is variation on the record for sure but i can see how someone can have that impression depending on if they have listened to the album just one or two times.
For me this has easily been one of those albums that def deserves the hyperbolic praise it has gotten and personally i dont often click and connect with an album as fast as i did with this one.
The flow and cohesiveness on this blows my mind with each listen and there is no filler tracks even tho i can argue that the latter half of the record contains the greatest tracks on this. Looming to Transfiguration is just out of this world and Bodega Head is a gamechanger
