oh definitely, this is a lot more rooted in individualism and certainly defines Frank as an artist. just prefer that narration style he employed and the pop appeal ofc. I'd argue this has helped shape some current pop trends however...

Yeah blonde is likely more accurate towards Frank's actual character.
vox aren't the only thing that separates CO from this, as there are many many things that I adore individually on both albums, but to me thats the only obvious qualitative difference between the two. Like everything else between the two albums balance each other out, except for the vox quality on CO, which imo is the clear superior
I actually find CO more consistent while blond has some slightly more profound moments (minus the interludes, they are annoying on both)
