In Thessaloniki in the early to mid '90s, there used to be a station called Radio Utopia 107.7, a self-moderated affair from the bottom up.
Signal was of AM-quality, the itinerary was anything but fixed/planned, but you could listen from punk to grindcore to all metal genres to spoken word... It was there where I first listened to Death, Depressive Age etc....

I can't believe these guys did this album until this day. My dad was big into black metal and had me listen to Morningrise when I was five when it came out.
This album blew everything away. Life changing. Heard When 147 times and April Ethereal 154 according to iTunes since I got an iPhone four years ago. Really wish I could track all those years before.
