I thought he was referring to this one and the street credibility but yeah mental illness is a totally different thing. Been to a ward and it definitely comes in all shapes and sizes yada yada. Everybody ticks different. Honestly would rather go to jail or prison than any kind of institution

Lol ugly literally just shared a pic on his insta of a piece of paperwork showing that he assulted an officer at 16! What a funny coincidence. Also the cover of the first bedwetter lp was his room at a psych ward. Youre opening a huge can of worms with the authenticity argument as hip hop at its roots is a braggadocious genre.

Who was arguing that? Lol I just meant street dudes don't normally mess with this just off of how over the top it is. I like Ugly Mane a lot but posting your paperwork online is goofy lol. I've only heard this, Playaz Circle and Oblivion though didn't even know there was a Bedwetter LP

Your street boys should know these things and when you ask them what it means ask them what albums truly exemplify the hood

They don't care about albums like that they basically just listen to Boosie and locals lol I just know for a fact every time I've played this around someone living that life they don't like it, and if you think it's a stretch for someone on sput to know gang members go live in a city and get into drugs trust me you'll find them. Everybodies money spends

And no nobody in kc says mad head ass lol they would say that you're jeffin and slap you. That album cover is probably a stock though consider you can't keep anything there aside from maybe a book or two

Please bro spend a fucking day in the tenderloin with uncle reichy. Maybe we're just a bunch of poor faggot hipsters here but we sure love our jams and i can tell you now ive never heard any gripes with this especially when we were jamming it back in 2012 when he came to sutro baths

Probably just the area difference then. You do know regionally people like different music right? ESPECIALLY in hoods. Unbunch your panties with ya boosie ass. I'm just having fun with this now lol

True bro i dont hear a lot of hardend crips here jamming ugly but i dont hear them jamming too much vince staples or snoop dogg. Gangs listen to a lot of rappers apart of their current set and stop fucking with them once they get big and stop rapping about their set

I just take issue with your argument. Its so off base and invalid. your crew doesnt like ugly as it doesnt seem authentic and you share those feelings somewhat. Its just a lame attempt at trying to find fault with this and is pretty nonsensical.

I jam this everyday it isn't finding fault it was just relating to the other guys account that is now deleted. He was semi acting like he was from the walk of life so I was seeing his point. This is easily the rap album from the decade I listen to the most lol. Caught me up in an argument I don't really have stock in. But agreed here gangs pretty much jam their people and Boosie when they hustle. Boosie is even our most used slang.

And they aren't my crew. I'm not in a gang I just had a few years of doing dumb shit and was around a lot of people that are. Plenty of which are gone now and it's really nothing to glorify. It's dumb and sad.

My crip friend jimmy thinks every single artist i like including Kendrick is jank so im not putting a lot of stock in my gang friend's musical tastes when the shit they jam is usually rap from their set. The lyrics are always about money and girls that they dont even have yet lol. Its funny that when rappers that used to be affiliated make it big their lyrics get better and it is then that they reflect on their gang related misdoing e.g. every gang member who has made it.
