@Gemtleman hmm, sort of but a lot of bands were repeating riffs. I think we can agree that there are way proggier songs by the Beatles whether we're talking about a sound or we're just talking general experimentation.

you are all missing what I am saying, thanks for doing your research on me by the way , I really like MMT, but would be 5-6 on the list, and it is not really even an album, more of a soundtrack, and has some fun little throwaway songs on it, Like Blue Jay way, and baby your a rich man, which I love by the way, just think there are many others much better, I would say For Sale may be better, However one of the coolest vinyls with the picture book inside
