A lot of people think it is. There’s no point in debating it further as you seem unable to understand why the negative association can be harmful. This has been going on for a long time & I thought it wasn’t an issue anymore, it’s disappointing to be quite honest.
I feel like I’m at school all over again, funny that it was only ever the uneducated delinquents who ever used the word regularly (sans a select few edgy kids attempting to be ironic or ridiculing them in reposte). This was well over a decade ago by the way.
