Opening movement (~7 minutes) of "Storm" is utterly perfect. Maybe one of the greatest pieces of music in the last twenty years.

You just don't have the patience and sensitivity, Mr. Biggle. lmao But seriously, it's a slow burn but it's pretty amazing shit when it hits you the right way. The huge climaxes are certainly worth it imo. I'd urge you to spend more time with it if you ever can.

at first I thought I liked this as an ambient/musique concrete thing and less so as a post rock crescendo thing but that one part of "sleep" is so good. (albeit it sounds weirdly like something is being remixed or?? sort of uncanny how the drums layer with the strings)
