Lol though I assume what Ben said was probably sarcastic, but I'm not sure why this needs explanation. "In this case" may have been more accurate. Ben's statement can be true in a lot of cases, but attributing it to an artist like Pheobe who literally just changed her style up a bit and grew out her hair is like, needlessly pejorative?

You guys are full of shit. You're seriously telling me, as heterosexual men (assumption), that a woman's sexuality has no bearing on their music for you?
