I think a huge part of their appeal is the humour they put in the project, and them advertising themselves really wel. Chanting RTJ on every track makes it easy to remember them as a group.'

Even if you stacked this album up against the hype heavy rap records of the 90s like some kind of objective snob it's still lame a shit

I explained myself last page dude, read up

E: well 2 pages ago now.

E2: I was just speculating on how they got as big as they are, that wasn't an argument to explain my rating, take some comprehensive reading lessons

generic and uninteresting- 'Because that isn't an argument my dude, that's an opinion

I read and I dont get where youre coming from.Him saying 'generic and uninteresting' can be a legit argument/criticism just as much as an opinion. Why cant you understand this could possibly be someones grievance?

We gotta go into beat patterns or some shit as to why you dont like it???? Weather you like EDM or not. A massive success of RTJ is that spill over in to the EDM crowd or Bass loving dubstep crowd. When you have someone like El'P and you know what he USED to be capable of then this is indeed generic and Uninteresting and safe for El-p. Which he has been playing for years now anyway. Which is fine. I want him and Mike to make millions.

They deserve it. But Polished and Produced with lack of substance but extra bass for the teens to cover the lack of anything remotely interesting going on doesnt work for a lot of people also BUT for people who thought all hip hop was boom bap its a breath of fresh air for them. Thast how stuff gets big it reaches out from its own genre. Everyones easily impressed by a sub these days. Thats not to say that EVERYONE who likes them is like that but thats an undoubted part of their blow up. The festival circuit crowd. You said no ones convincing you why you shouldnt like it? No ones trying to convince anyone why they shouldnt like something thats retarded. Maybe some people dislike it for the exact reason you do like it.
