Man, Nothing to Forget is still so sad sounding to me. People say the last song is the saddest but I disagree. Nothing to Forget seems to be about some guy that's in denial about life or something. There's something super sad about the lyrics and string accompaniment.

It's just hard for me to ignore how Mouth of Ghosts' style would fit perfectly onto this album (especially following Nothing to Forget), and that song is one of Dillinger's best ever and by far their best closer

Idk Ghosts ending is pretty feelsy too. But t/t is perfect for not only the sound but the fact it was made from stuff that Ben wrote years back (at least the drum part was)

It's weird bcos I think if Ghosts didn't exist I'd adore Disso but for me the two songs are so similar and Ghosts just seems like a slightly superior version (It's probably my 2nd favourite Dillinger song) so it's hard to ignore. I do really like the song though, just think Ghosts would fit perfectly on here

Yeah I wouldn't even say gruff I'd say more whiny and annoying in his cleans, I could understand why people would hate them and they're not my usual cup of tea but I love em for some reason lol, the screams probably help smooth everything over

Yeah nasal is correct + think he was the perfect replacement for Dmitri and was able to take the band in a different direction with his versatility, Dmitri's style would have got stale after a few albums I reckon but Greg kept it fresh.



Agreed they're one of the GOATs, actually hits me so hard that I'll never be able to see them live again but makes the one time all the more special

I actually think it's very likely tbh, although they seemed pretty serious and there was so much press regarding the breakup they'd look a bit silly



I reckon they should come back for a huge greatest hits world tour, their discography is perfect and comeback albums tend to be pretty underwhelming so I'm not really fussed for anything new. Besides this was the perfect album to go out with
