Flockaveli is undoubtedly a classic for all the reasons mentioned. 4.5 for ASAP's first is preference but it's by far his best. 4 for 1999 is a fair rating, that's a very good mixtape, especially considering his later output never lived up to it.
Plus, on top of all of that, my ratings are far from updated or closely curated. This does suck, yeah, but Yeezus is a very high quality album and Nightwish are pretty lame, in my opinion.
