If this sounds exactly like Constellations (which I'm willing to bet it does), then that's probably why it has the lower average. People don't want to hear the same album over and over.

It doesn't sound like Constellations exactly (there's a lot of unique gimmicks here to differentiate it) but the idea that people don't want the same album over again is horseshit. Almost any time a band changes their sound even slightly there is a shitstorm.

It's 3rd for me. Constellations and Messengers are my favorites, kinda switches back and forth depending on the day. Everything after this hasn't really grabbed me, even though none of the other records are bad by any means.
