idk i dont really feel anything when i listen to boards of canada, its more impressionistic and visual than emotional, like watching an old cartoon from youre childhood. its not a feeling as much as it is a state of mind, or a place for your head to sit.

i guess you could call that feelings but it might be because i dont have any feelings anyways that its different

i like it less muchly than geo and mhtrtc and more muchly than headphase

its great but its also like

ridiculously dark

not in the geo way where the 90's nostalgia feels kind of provide this odd comic relief and the textures kind of polarize the dark themes etc but in a way where everything is just like....

fucking dark

yeah man. I'd feel like hype but TH doesn't give me that feeling (which is the feeling most people were expecting to get at first with that record), it's a much more emotional sounding product.

hard 4.5 for i as well

the percussion on that album i think may be a big contributor to the vibes of the beast. it kinda fucks your skull up.
