Hm, I think that funtions rather well. I wouldn't say the same thing about F# which is essentially like a movie without pictures, but Moya is a great stand-alone track and works fine as that imo. Even though I normally listen to the thing in full, too

What's with the psychotic rambling on the second track? I dearly hope that it's all ironic but damn it really ruins the immersion either way.

Either the ramblings are included ironically and hence I have to take the whole thing as being ironic or they're not ironic and it's serious but stupid. It's a lose-lose situation.

The poem he reads ("his" poem) is actually an Iron Maiden lyrics as far as I know. So I'm pretty sure it's ironic. But at the same time, I think it's meant to express an uncertainty that fits the setting the music wants to imply (which is the same post-apocalyptic setting F#A# takes place in, since the rambler can also be heard at the beginning of the third track there)

Typical bullshit.
Wow, Street poetry. Amazing! And what’s that? We’ve recorded it to tape! Amazing. Like so true, and real and arty! Amazing!!!!

No it’s some nutter quoting Iron Maiden lyrics ya bunch of cunts. Go back to the loft conversion and record yourselves playing with tamabalas before having a cous cous salad for lunch.

Late to the conversation, but I would pay you 3 camels, 4 cows and my best 2 sheep to hear that, Zak.

The real climax is before the poem right? The rest is just outro.

This is a lot shorter than Skinny Fists so maybe it’s also better.

Skinny Fists is decent, far too meandering though & it goes on for about 4 days. I like build-ups but there’s slow & then there’s snail pace.
