I love their entire discography - but that album, I first heard in 1989 - will forever be etched in my memory. Something so brutal yet melodic , with the most impressive lyrics I’ve ever read - this from a huge Rush fan, lol.

What are other bands do the whole nastier, heavier & not overly melodic/Swedish melo-DM thing? As a style, I prefer this, or at least the idea of this... maybe nothing else comes close.
