Took a concussion during Loathe’s set opening for KL: I was crowd surfing during Screaming and made it to the stage and the dumbass security basically fuckin suplexed me and hit my head on the tile floor. I was out of commission for the rest of that one smh

No, my eyes were super dilated and these fuckin dipshits had me on the ground shining lights in my eyes asking if I had a concussion. I toughed it out because I really wanted to see KL and just went home. Had my ex gf keep an eye on me. Was pretty dizzy the rest of the night and Just had a lingering headache for a few days, it was pretty mild… but I played football for years, I know it what a concussion feels like and know the telltale signs.
I think that was when I realized I should stop moshing, there’s really only a few bands that could get me to break that rule. Converge and Static Dress are the ones coming up but I can’t think of any others off the top of my head

That is unusually bad. Venues really don't like people losing consciousness there. I still mosh though. Even though I've gotten fucked up and saw other people get fucked up many times. For the love of the game!

When those drops happen live... I can't help but get in there when that crowd shifts.
I would still be scared with Knocked Loose though

I've ended up with blood on my shirt that wasn't mine a couple times in pits. Last time was The Acacia Strain a couple years ago.

I love Acacia but the guitarist had some pretty awkward off-moments last time I saw them. Which really sucked because it were mostly parts when he was playing alone and the parts were pretty easy. Must have been an off-night. Almost thought the crowd was going to turn on them but everyone was kind of like "YOU CAN DO IT". It was weird. Definitely had someone bleed on me at some point that night which was kind of gross but metal I guess

I’ve only seen them once and it was opening for Slipknot at the huge new Clippers arena in LA. Nice place but I hate seeing shows in big venues. The bigger, the worse. Shortened set, no pit, confined to a seat etc.
I want to see them in a proper joint as headliners. Until then, I only consider myself having kindof seen them.

Lucca yeah hardcore people are completely retarded in the pit. They often are out to hurt other people
Well shit, this motherfucker hurts back and harder if someone does that shit on purpose.
