Honestly I barely engage with music twitter so maybe it's more prevalent there but I see more people complaining about ST than being toxic in defending them. Again might just be rose tinted glasses for me cuz I don't see that side of the fanbase much. I see more the posts in Facebook metal groups getting trashed for insert reason here not metal enough there what have you.

I hate to be ~that guy~ when it comes to a lesser known band I enjoyed blowing up, love to see them get recognition and money, but it definitely sucks from a standpoint of like, those shows are always going to be expensive as fuck and have the shittiest crowds now.

My friend is not very well versed in metal and he told me to check it out because he loves it and I know I'm going to have to break it to him that I find for the most part for this to be hot garbage. He has good taste but ever so often he's got that cringe music in him, granted, so do I as I was just jamming Limp Bizkit a couple days ago so who am I to judge?
