Blackbear is a relatively talented producer, Linkin Park has lost a lot of their luster though.

If the band didn't rely on their roots too much on this album, it could've legit been heavy as fuck. Such a wasted potential when the double bass drums only make cameos cos songs like Guilty All the Same, War, Rebellion, and A Line in the Sand would've been insane if the brief appearances of double bass were full on blast beats. Rob is definitely a dude capable of pulling that off and Chester (in a studio setting) could still pull off some harsh vocals

It's certainly better than the last two flops, but lacks momentum somehow. It's good to see that guitarist gets more freedom. Certainly makes the album more natural.



Step in the right direction but nothing outstanding.
