This album have been a part of me since I was 16. Not just this, There's also 'The Underdark' by Funeral Diner. I just can't relate to both albums on a personal level anymore. Everything that I've been through and how I finally detached myself from the very thing that keeps me going, I think if I explained all this to the Roche bros, they would pat me on the back and say "good job, kid"

nah but I relate, I got into this big when I was 13 and since then I've respected this release greatly but the emotions come from another time

I can understand moving past the emotional resonance of an album due to age/maturity, but the instrumentals on this thing absolutely rip every other band to shreds.

i never did actually bring myself to read this whole review before and now i'm wondering what kind of substances robertsona was on when he wrote it (but did he write it? i think he wrote it, but one cannot be sure)

No album deals with death/grief nearly as well as this

There's flashes of brilliance, obviously, but overall this album doesn't captivate me that much. Kinda sucks 'cause I had very high expectations for it. :/
