I've heard of cenotaph, they did some really doomy dm didn't they? Have you ever heard of Insanity? put out a dm demo in 1985 that sounds fucking amazing even now and sounds like nothing out there.

Even though this album (and band) spawned the plethora of soundalikes and ripoffs that are now as annoying as a mosquito nest, I still love this damn album (and band)

the first song storm is one of the greatest songs ever. how it begins with those tiny little horns playing, and the melody, its so uplifting its just like a wake up call. almost like the music is saying ''good morning, you're alive now.''
