Listened to the first two songs to get a feel for it. Have to try the rest soon.
Is it weird I kind of liked it?

Most accesible Deftones imo is Diamond Eyes, then you could try Around the Fur. If Rocket Skates or Be Quiet and Drive doesn't do anything to you then maybe nothing from them will :/

Well, I have made it this far, so why not? These will probably be the last attempt, ha ha.
I'll give Palms a try too, Yep.
Edit: Well, Diamond Eyes isn't half bad so far. Def like it better than Wrist and Pony at the moment.
With the Deftones, it feels like his voice and the music just don't always mesh right. When everything works, it's great, but it can be kind of few and far between on what I have heard so far.

^^Pretty cool.
Wood & Wire is one of the most beautiful songs ever written. If you're a christian is enough to make you cry. Incredible album.

The fact that this album has both that and Circles is incredible in and of itself

Circles and The Weight are the best here imo, but Wood and Wire is stunning as well.
