They are playing in Cleveland in July. Debating if I want to go. I'm not a big fan of Daisy.

@Flag Who knows what the hell Brand New is doing ever. They may or may not be releasing a new album this year. They are playing Mene live at every show recently, but sealed to me they are playing sparingly.

@Flag They actually have 2 new songs. Mene was released as free single on their website and they have been playing another new song "sealed to me" live, there are a couple sub par videos of it on youtube.

I like it. There song suit is definitely more refined tracks like the ones found on this album, but Mene is a fun song none the less.

Mene is great as a 2 minute straightforward jam, but if the new album is using that idea as its ethos it won't come anywhere near TDAG

For two minutes they pack a lot into Mene, I'm also happy how it turned out given their statement about being tired of depressing people with their music.

Yeah, I really hope they aren't taking a page out of Manchester Orchestra's book. Cope was decent, but has nowhere near the lasting power as their other albums. I think I only really listened to it a handful of times as a matter of fact.
