I think it’s a Midwest thing because I’ve never seen them anywhere else, but Casey’s has some fire pizza for being, yknow, a fuckin gas station.



QuikTrip comes in a close second for midwestern gas station bullshit that nobody should be eating

It’s a chain of gas stations that also serves made-to-order sandwiches, beverages, bowls, etc. Which sounds terrible, but they’re good and the places feel cleaner than 7-11 (though i won’t ever turn up my nose at some 7-11. I know i don’t know what I’m buying).

Wawa rules. On top of the sandwiches and bowls mentioned above, they have a hot food section where you can find stuffed pretzels, empanadas, mozzarella sticks, and a bunch of other stuff. There was a location right near the area I was stationed at while in Virginia, and I went there all the damn time
