Truth is there were just tweets/reddit posts speculating on why the cover art wasn't used on spotify 'cause drake planted it as a troll,' but the more likely thing is putting pill bottles on a cover with someone's name on its pretty much doxing and not allowed under most spotifys album art rules, seen similar cases of art being removed over doxing aspects.
