Top 3 Deftones. Amazing record that feels both a culmination of everything they've done while also barking into new territories. Some of the heaviest riffs they've dropped in decades. As much as I liked Gore, that album now seems something they had to get out of their systems before they could step to the new level. Possible AOTY for me.

yea some of the melodies he comes up with and his cadence are head-scratching, and even though they usually work gore is an example where he kinda fucked up on a lot of songs



still not many can pull off the things he did on wp-s/t-snw tho
