AOTY for me... Nothing can touch this. Big ups to this album for introducing me to the band too. Found Hell Songs and S/T bc of it which I arguably like better than this. Still a flawless album regardless.

Looks like this also topped Night Verses and Rolo Tomassi at my personal list...mostly because you can turn these tunes on everytime and everywhere whereas I like Rolo Tomassi and Night Verses more when I can focus on the music.

But for real, I can totally get someone not liking this album at all. It's very strange. This is coming up to my top 20 albums of all time, though.

This is the best sputcore alb I've heard so far this year. Much better than mewithoutyou and rolo tomassi.

The rolo tomassi album was alright, no particular qualms with it at all, but mewithoutyou really didnt strike any chords with me at all. This one resonated surprisingly tho. I've generally had mixed feelings about daughters but this is black magic.

I love how the guitarist adds the right noises to the right moments to thicken the atmosphere. Not surprised he is doing some movie scores. Thought this record would be boring after a few spins but the appeal even grew.
