It's weird that this isn't the new one anymore. This came out the year I joined and it was talked about so much. Sput felt like a wilderness back then for me. I had very few friends and was intimidated by everyone. It felt like there were thousands of users commenting constantly and I was just like wOAh. Over time I made a few friends and commented more and more until I made more friends and was comfortable. This was around late summer 2017. Throughout the rest of that year my comment count more than doubled and my grades also plummeted. I once did a thousand comments in 12 days. That was in October of that year. I have since slowed down but I achieved my goal of being a user everyone knows. With this notoriety I have also achieved a level of hate that makes me wonder: was it all worth it? Probably. I have always loved this site through everything and I can only imagine what I will experience in years to come. It has expanded my taste more than I can ever have imagined and I've only been here for 2.6 years. I can only wonder what I will enjoy in 2021 or what kind of music will come out by then. As well how my life will look. In 2021, I will be out of high school for a year. Who will I be friends with? Who will I still care about? What will I still care about? It's a very scary thought that I don't particularly want to think about right now...
