Well they have but do we wanna add more to what we already have? We shouldn't take in more til we understand what we have lol
What I'm saying is the US is a party. Our borders are the bouncer. So we just kinda let people pass or do we respect our borders. Otherwise we're just a party without a guest list. The ones like Lady Gaga and Beyoncé say we let them all in. That's well and good but are they taking folks under their wing or still having their private parties? Those types of people shouldn't speak until they practice what they preach.
The irony is that celebrities have a "for the people" stance which I agree with. But their for the peoole stance is westernized and secular, which I, again have no problem with. Their parties say otherwise. Nextly, Sharia law and western culture are polar opposites. So until we have someone who can back the American people without bringing over bigoted and sexist cultures we won't get anywhere. Republicans are afraid of them altogether. Liberals are too naive and accepting and will let in bad people. Then there's me with common sense saying let's vet them. Beyoncé and Madonna wanna cry no. But still unwelcoming to their own home while the have the space for them. They're just as skeptical. They just keep their view because they want to sell, much how the liberal party want votes. They want quantity, not quality. I often wonder if government and celebrities work together cuz it sure as hell seems like it.

Sound of Silver, This is Happening, and their two new singles this year. American Dream is alright. Call the Police literally sounds like everything else they've done with a U2 twist.
Their songs are so painful to listen to. Too long and they go nowhere.

Also the new single is pretty bad. Schmalzy, overproduced and trite.

For me, right after the first chorus when the panflute kicks in, the track really finds a groove and it sounds great to me from that point forth.
I hated the live track they played recently at first (Creature Comfort) but it clicked with me and you guys should check it. It has a lot of energy and diverges from the dance worship the band has been indulging in despite a synth freakout at the end. It really reminds of The Suburbs album with a little more pep and energy.
