i hate to pull out this excuse but i think the album's "experience" as a whole for me sorta sublimates the tracks i don't like as much
it's basically what i said in my little year end writeup but by the time the album reaches its end everything just looks really bright and important--some of them moreso than when i actually listen to them. which probably sounds like bullshit but idk it just works that way for me. the albums that feel closest to this one structurally for me are weirdly enough (don't laugh) in the aeroplane over the sea and...the white album?
