It has its moments as a stand-alone track, but I never feel like listening to it after Simple Mistake and the way Universal (a perfectly placed track otherwise) follows up to it also feels extremely unnatural to me. The track is like the one problem I have with this

I'd say 'Angels Walk' is the weakest here but even that one flows well enough in the order.
I quite like something with a bit of a beat to it following 'Simple Mistake' - otherwise the album's back half could have ended up really ploddy.
I wouldn't get rid of it or move it personally.

They definitely needed something between Simple Mistake and Universal to cool up the tension for a moment, but I think the overall sound of that song is a diversion from the album's feeling more than anything else, thinking of the percussion and stuff. It's definitely the album's black sheep
Edit: Thinking of it, it would have fit AFDTE's tone better
