this album has the best breakdowns of all time, just littered with them. love back burner and eleventh hour the most.

Always had a soft spot for The Balance. Never understood why this song was never mentioned much

That's a good one too. Black Sheep is my underrated pick

This whole album is heavy-hitting nostalgia but Redemption and Composure are in a class of their own

If I hear that Redemption intro when I'm not expecting it that's like paralyzing for me

Man I wish I would have started listening to this band like 18 years ago when I was really into metal core bc this would have been the cream of the crop. Oh well, now I get a fun discog to run. I have sampled some of their stuff in the past but never really sat and got to know their work. Started with their anniversary release of their debut and now I finally got around to this and I’m excited to continue.

Oh I didn’t realize the Thrill Seeker anniversary was completely re-recorded, so I need to go back listen to the original

Yep, different vocalist too, though Jake doesn't sound too different.

exactly when i was a kid i was stunned to find out it wasn't jake lol. they are super close which is weird because jake has a really distinct tone.

He definitely leaned into his own sound more as they went on
