The first Deftones album i bought and well the first record ever owned was ATF and it was like my fav album ever tbh((most nostalgic album to me,gotta say)) ....then bought WP and loved it immediately but when i heard this album i wasnt very happy of it and didnt like many tracks on it ....but over time i appreciated this album more and i believe most people who dont like this album couldnt handle the experimentation on it ....prob their most experimental album ever to-date,very different deftones side shown here

Diamond Eyes took me about a year to get into. White Pony was about 6 months. This immediate. The rest of their discog I don't love as much.

It's only a first impression, but yeah, I dig it. I'm liking everything except some of the middle
portion currently though (Mein, Cherry Waves etc). Beware's notably one of the first slower 'Tones
songs I've actually liked.
