This is still their best, but their dang discog is so solid that I can't really fault others for preferring a different album. This one is just saturated in the sludge and grit that makes it stand out against the rest, plus Schuylar leaning into the screaming *chef's kiss*

Pretty comparable to White Bat imo, at least quality-wise. I'd probably put it ahead of Few and Heavy Fruit.

My 5 was kinda ironic at first but I do have a feeling this album is their best. Were the vocals really that big an issue to hang over this album when it came out? No way this deserves to be their lowest rated album

Hollywood has some amazing standouts but this is just a super tight and consistent album. Still need to give IHY more spins but I will say it's quality.

i actually feel like this is less tight than those too lol but thats subjective ig. this feels a little too long to me and like it could benefit from losing a few songs but its still strong as hell

Nice lol the clean vox aren't great but the guitar riffs are super fun.



@onion I was really close to saying that song but stampede beat it out. "If you cross me, I'll cut you" is just too memorable a line and the thick southern twang in the guitars is cool. Goldies torn locks i could do without too actually.

They're not bad songs but if I HAD to let them go I'd be ok with losing them. I do think this is their longest album. Heavy Fruit might be longer and that one feels it way more than this.
