Such a good record, The Mariner is definitely one of their best songs ever. I think I'd 5 it if it wasn't for Grandfather's Axe which I kind of hate lol. Every other full-length song here is top-tier.



To me it's so clear that this and Palimpsest are their best albums, Kezia holds up pretty well in its ambition but the rest of their albums all feel like an awkward middle ground to get to this era, where the technicality actually feels purposeful and aligned with the songwriting.
