Only 2 comments later and igordrago's already remastering his comment, kind of like how BMTH re-recorded this album. Love the changes you made. Big improvement over the original diss.

Bruh good old band trying to do deathcore decades ago. Take that and put modern production on it, and it is fun.
Make sure to not skip the last song. It’s a new song they wrote recently as a bridge between the old and new

"If they were to release a new album in the vein of of this then I'm sure it would be pretty sick."
well, this is my biggest takeaway from it. it's a remake with effort put into it, but it also feels like the band are using this as a barometer for reception, and if it's positive enough we'll see a lot more of this style in future records.
i'm far from a deathcore fan, and say what you want about this release, but these guys doing this is a good thing for the genre overall. with their reach they're bringing the style into the mainstream and we'll hopefully see some interesting music from it.

Great point gonzo. 100% agree.
Thats why I put some importance on that last song here. It is an attempt from them. And it’s pretty fucking good. I think if they focused we could have a sick album in the future.
Suicide season was influential. Critisisms warranted. I want them to put something out that has impact like that

yeah, whether you like this or not, it can only a good thing for the future of metal.
i'm really fucking tired of this pop-metal shit dominating. would be good seeing something this niche and extreme hitting the mainstream in some kind of form

How would you think that would sound tho. Pop is a part of reality now adays
I think Ai will make shit so sterile in the next 5 years , that true bands will rise to the surface and be even more needed

Music discussion site. Not music agree on all things site. Would be pretty boring.
At least I know any of futures’ opinions can be backed up with perspective, clarity and thought, whether I agree or not. Stop getting butthurt about something so silly, it’s fucking ridiculous.
