Blind Creature was fantastic instrumentation wise, but Toby not even attempting to reach the higher registers was very disappointing. It's sad to say, but it does leave a bit of a bittersweet taste in my mouth when listening to the studio version now.

Just saw these guys in Rochester on the 12th, amazing show. The sound and mix was stellar, and they really brought out some challenging and gorgeous cuts. They only played Oracle and Blind Creature from this album, which tbh are the right picks lol

At this show he absolutely KILLED the high notes in Blind Creature, his voice was on fire

Already dug this album quite a bit, then seeing them play some songs last night only elevated my appreciation. Even if you don't love this album go catch them on tour, setlist is killer and the band is on top of their game live imo. Never thought I'd see Amaranth the Peddler live and it was just as amazing as I thought it would be.
